Cancellation Policy
Appointments are booked for you at a time that is mutually agreed.
If for any reason you are unable to keep your appointment or need to cancel or change it, if possible, please allow 48 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee.
Timely cancellations enable us to offer an appointment to someone else.
For appointments cancelled:
48 hours to 24 hours prior notice, a 50% fee will be requested.
Less than 24 hours prior notice or no show, a 100% cancellation fee will be requested.
